Controls module

Enables AI-based controllers using the Liveline Digital Controls Platform. If desired, your process experts can constrain or supplement the AI using simple rules or traditional feedback controls, easily implemented through the module. Requires purchase of the basic platform. Learn how it works.

Predictive alarms

Our AI-based controllers continuously predict the future state of the plant and modify equipment parameters to improve outcomes. This allow us to provide unparalleled capabilities for predictive alarms — our AI knows what issues are coming. Requires purchase of the controls module because predictive alarms depend on its AI models. Learn how it works.

Reporting module

We provide a range of standard or customized reporting tools to manage your operations. Obtain views into SysOps, MLOps, sensor data, AI performance, and post-production analytics, along with plant floor UI. Customization are available for a fee. Requires purchase of the basic platform to enable data harvesting.
