Pricing

Pricing is simple and transparent. We charge a monthly subscription fee based on which of our products you use, and how many signals we need to manage for your process. The products are:

• Basic platform

• Controls

• Predictive alarms

• Reporting

Signal definitions

Using the terminology of traditional, non-AI advanced process control, the signals we manage include manipulated variables (MV), disturbance variables (DV), fixed values (FV), state variables (SV), and controlled variables (CV).

By “signal”, we mean any variable that we monitor or control. Variables include process parameters like temperatures, pressures, and motor amps, as well as output targets like finished product geometry and density. The number of signals required to model and control your process will directly determine the amount of data we need to manage and the computing resources required to run the AI.

We also pass through compute and cloud costs directly related to your applications. Normally, these costs are included in the product subscription fees, but they can be clearly broken out if desired. These costs will depend on your requirements for historical data storage and on-site redundancy.
